Destin Week of Blessings

This annual event is a week long celebration where area churches, civic leaders, and businesses join together to offer a variety of faith-focused events over a five-day period under the banner of Destin’s Week of Blessings. This Week of Blessings preserves Destin’s character as a faith and family-oriented community and is intended to bless and support the Destin community.

Others of Destin

Others of Destin is a non-profit organization that provides a variety of support services to the underserved in Okaloosa and Walton Counties. “Others” helps individuals and families faced with a wide range of challenges including poverty, homelessness, job loss and international students visiting our country on J1 visas. Services are tailored to meet the needs and preferences of those they serve using a holistic approach focused toward achieving self-sufficiency.

Harvest House

Coastline is blessed to provide monthly financial support to Harvest House located next door to our facility. “We are a Christian, non-profit organization that houses a thrift store and food pantry. We have been ministering to the people of Destin and surrounding areas since 1985. Our commitment is to lessen the burden to those facing difficult times by providing food and clothing for absolutely no cost to those seeking assistance. The Harvest House was created for our community and funded by donations from our community. We are further strengthened and blessed by our volunteers who donate their time and effort to our mission. The generosity of our community’s individual, corporate, and Christian group donations are the backbone of our organization. Our food pantry is the heart of Harvest House and is stocked with non-perishable food items and toiletries. The proceeds from the donated items sold in the Harvest House thrift store directly support our mission.”

Crop Drop

Destin Crop Drop: Crop Drop is a food drive coordinated by Thrivent Financial that reaches over 5,000 families in need from Santa Rosa county to Bay county.
